Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) Practice Leader

Permanent position

Our MASH team is fully established and operates within a lively and thriving workplace, where we are continually striving to improve our learning and practice from the wide range of professionals who contribute to the team’s goals, outcomes and ambitions.

The MASH Team is a fast paced and busy team which offers swift responses to referrals received from professionals, anonymous callers, and members of the public to ensure that children and families receive the right interventions at the right time.

RBG MASH provides an effective integrated front door to both safeguarding and early intervention services. The team currently has an Early Help Hub to ensure appropriate level of early intervention is offered timely to each family requesting an early help service.

About you

The team is seeking an experienced, dynamic and dedicated leader who is committed to driving improved services forward, and deliver positive outcomes for our children, young people, and families in partnership with internal and external agencies in Greenwich.

You must be keen to contribute a service of excellence to our children in Greenwich.

In the team, we promote RBG’s Practice Framework (systemic and compassionate based theory and non-discriminatory relational practice).
