 We are looking for a talented Service Manager with strong operational social work management experience, a sound understanding of what best practice looks like, and a passion for  supporting staff to drive improvement. This position offers a rare opportunity to broaden management experience and develop strategic and planning skills across the full range of social work with children and families.
You will lead a service area which contains our child protection officers, IROs, Fostering IRO and LADO. You will also be responsible for our Insight Team who deliver Quality Assurance activity, collaborative reviews and auditing. You will be able to lead projects and undertake leadership training as part of your role and will be supported by an experienced Head of Service.
