You will be based in the bubbling heart of Enfield Town in a modern newly designed client facing service hub. We have good transport links into Central London and are easily accessible to the M25, A10 and A406.

As a MASH Team Manager, you will promote, encourage and oversee excellent social work practice in fast paced environment. Using Motivational Interviewing and a Strengths Based Family Approach underpinned by Signs of Safety, this is an exciting time to join and contribute to driving excellent practice. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and wellbeing of children and young people. You will oversee a team of skilled professionals who work collaboratively to assess and respond to safeguarding concerns swiftly and effectively. Your leadership will be essential in coordinating multi-agency responses and ensuring that children receive the support they need.

Our Team Managers are supported in this challenging role with regular reflective supervision and are part of an active leadership team who provide peer support and constantly work towards improving practice.
