About the role

This is a unique and exciting opportunity to make a real difference for children and young people in the London Borough of Ealing.

You will be instrumental in building an ambitious and shared vision for our Early Help offer for children and families, working with key partners, service leaders and stakeholders to set high expectations and ensure that vision translates into action.

Leading your teams to support and improve the outcomes for all children accessing childcare, narrowing the gaps in achievement and ensuring a close alignment with the Ealing Children and Young People’s Plan.

About you

You will come with not only a thorough understanding and grounding in the foundation stage, early years practice and comprehensive knowledge of the government’s legislative agenda to improve the life chances of all children but also a passion to improve outcomes for some of our most vulnerable children and young people.

We are looking for an experienced, empathetic leader with excellent partnership skills, a deep understanding of the challenges facing children and young people needs and the ability to mobilise action around our shared vision.

If you think you have what it takes to lead with conviction and work with partners at this level to make a lasting difference to the lives of children and young people, we would like to hear from you.
