About the role

London Borough of Lambeth is currently seeking to recruit a number of experienced Family Group Conference (FGC) Co-ordinators. Your role is to organise the meeting and assist the family to come to their own decisions about how they will care for their child/ren. You will understand the importance of facilitating the participation of young people and their families when they are working with agencies. Good communication skills and the ability to engage quickly with clients will be essential.
