We are looking for a new Team Leader in the Referral and Assessment team based in Kingston. The team focuses initial work through new referrals, including strategy discussions, initial child protection conference, Child in Need planning and taking court action if required. We are a stable team who remain child focused to support families in their time of crisis.

To be a Team Leader for AfC, you will be passionate about making a positive difference to the lives of children and young people.
