Lambeth Integrated Referral Hub is about delivering high quality care, support and guidance, on the ground day in and day out. As an Initial Contact Worker you will be working within the Integrated Referral Hub alongside social workers, early help practitioners as well as a range of partner agencies.
The Integrated Referral Hub is dynamic, energetic and works at significant pace. Lambeth is a great place for both new and experienced practitioners, implementing our exciting and innovative Heart of Practice framework. Every team member is a leader within this service, ensuring that the team’s work is purposeful, that risk is managed well, and children receive the right help at the right time.
You could be an experienced family support worker or business support officer worker looking for an excellent and rewarding development opportunity or ready for a new challenge. A creative problem solver, your can-do approach and commitment to quality will inspire your team to achieve excellence.
This role will offer the perfect challenge in balancing the face to face and telephone interactions with children and families, professionals, members of the public, as well as ensuring timely progression of contacts into a very busy front door service.
