We see our Assessment service as crucial to our endeavours to get it right for our children from the very start so are looking for strong team managers to help us realise achieve this. We are looking for a permanent team manager to join an existing team of experienced staff. Our assessment service has a stable and dedicated workforce, our reliance on temporary cover is low and caseloads are mostly manageable. Additional Information Our Team Managers are central to driving excellent social work practice and making a positive difference to children, young people and their families in our community. You will be responsible for delivering services to children and young people through the operational management and supervision of social work teams. You will focus on working with MASH colleagues and managing case allocations, having casework oversight including auditing of cases. You will offer reflective supervision and support the progress and professional development of each member of your team. You will be able to demonstrate what excellent social work practice is, together with sound safeguarding knowledge.
