Hours of work: 36 hours per week
Location: Civic centre and other locations from time to time

The Post

Short Term Team (Referral and Assessment)
Brent Family Front Door/ MASH  

This is an exciting opportunity for a new or experienced manager to join services which are continuously developing practice to ensure that our young people keep achieving the best possible outcomes.


The successful candidates will join a friendly and experienced management team which is well supported by senior managers. You will lead a team of social workers (and personal assistants in the Leaving Care teams) to provide excellent services for children who are either still at home, living in care, or leaving the care system. Working in partnership with schools, health colleagues and other local partners we are committed to providing the best possible start in life for all of our young people.
 

About you

The Person

We are looking for aspirational and creative individuals to fill these Management roles.  You will need to have excellent communication skills, experience in managing students or social workers, and be committed to improving our work with children and their families. We would welcome applications from new or experienced managers who are currently working in the above service areas.
