To provide an accountable statutory social work service to children, young people, and their families/carers, including assessment, intervention, case planning, and review appropriate to the team and service unit.
Additional duties include adhering to the Council’s policies on dignity, performance evaluation, health and safety, and environmental considerations. Flexibility and adjustments may be made for disabled staff.

Our social workers benefit from working in small, supportive teams with caseloads on average between 15-20 children.
