An exciting opportunity has arisen for three experienced and highly skilled Programme Managers on a 18-month Fixed-Term basis, who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of Children and vulnerable adults in Barking and Dagenham. As a Programme Manager, you will lead the successful delivery of one of the improvement programmes: Adult’s Social Care Improvement Programme, Children’s Social Care Improvement Programme, or the Learning Disability & Autism Transformation Programme.
These roles involve managing a mix of statutory improvement projects aimed at achieving a CQC good rating and savings/efficiency projects designed to realise over £7 million in savings and cost avoidance across all three projects.

Your strong risk and issue management skills complement your experience in business change, process redesign, digital improvement, health integration, and savings realisation projects.
